Trung helped us get through the booking process for this wonderful place. It is off a main busy road which is nice. The building is secure, clean and easy to access. The apartment was also clean with many amenities for our short stay. We originally booked it for just one night but liked it so much we booked it for another night.

The room is very well equipped. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there is a private washing machine in the room. The kitchen also has complete cooking facilities and kitchenware, which is very convenient for a longer stay.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the smart TV can connect to the internet, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube easily.

The location is very convenient. The beach is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there is a WinMart very close to the property for groceries and daily necessities. This means you do not need to shop at more expensive tourist stores. There is also a water dispenser and drinking water in the common area, which is especially convenient for long-term guests and saves the trouble of buying bottled water regularly.

Although the location is very convenient, the property is inside a quiet alley, so you do not need to worry about constant traffic noise or car horns.

The host responds to messages very quickly and handles any problems efficiently. The property manager is also very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang, especially for a longer stay. Definitely a 5-star experience.
